A detailed case on how our tailored AI training program for Beliving reduced uncertainty, built real capability, and addressed stress and burnout by equipping teams to use AI tools in daily work.
Beliving is the parent company of the well-known Belgian retail brands Exterioo and Juntoo. Internally, Beliving brings alignment, innovation, and support across departments, from marketing and finance to logistics and customer care.
With a strong people-first mindset and a clear focus on the future, the company saw AI not just as a trend, but as an opportunity to strengthen its teams. The goal: give people real tools and training to work smarter, not harder and to do so with clarity, confidence, and creativity. Enter, us.
The problem. Much AI hype, not enough practical help.
AI dominates headlines, conversations, and vendor pitches. Yet, for many organisations, the support to actually apply it remains vague and generic. The challenge is not a lack of tools, but a lack of clear guidance and practical know-how for teams to implement AI in their everyday work.
This gap is more than just a missed opportunity. It carries a human cost.
When organisations offer abstract inspiration instead of practical guidance, the pressure builds and so does disengagement.
Beliving wanted to take a different route. They saw AI not just as a tool for efficiency, but as a chance to support their people, by reducing friction and empowering smarter workflows. They went looking for a partner that focuses on practical AI-training and found us.
A pivot to practical, hands-on training
What began as a one-off inspiration session soon evolved into something much more meaningful. We were invited to introduce AI to Beliving through a single presentation, with a focus on customer service use cases. But once the session began, it became clear: this team didn’t just want to be inspired, they wanted to know how to actually do it. So, we pivoted. On the spot.
Our AI-focused trainer (digital marketer) put the slides aside and walked through the real-life set-up of a custom AI solution. From building a GPT-powered assistant, to prompting for consistent outputs, to identifying internal use cases that could deliver value quickly. Everything was hands-on, collaborative, and directly aligned with the attendees were doing.
A full training trajectory that was flexible, role-specific, and empowering was a logical next step.
We started with a short survey to map out bottlenecks and understand the structure of the teams. Then, we designed a custom training program with multiple tracks:
- Creative ideation using Generative AI
- Operational support for marketing and planning
- RAG-based tools for internal automation
- Cross-functional AI use in finance, service, and logistics
- Build-your-own workflows for team leads and specialists
The results: capability, confidence, and curiosity
Over two days, we trained around 20 people. From CFOs and marketing managers to operations and customer support leads. And while we shared tools and frameworks, the biggest outcome was empowerment. BeLiving’s teams didn’t just learn how AI works. They learned how they could make it work for them.
What we saw was a shift: from passive interest to active problem-solving. From feeling overwhelmed by the noise to gaining clarity on what matters. From AI being “for tech teams” to being something that anyone in the business could own.
Top 10 questions we answered during training
- How do I set up a custom GPT for my team? We showed the end-to-end process—from structuring data and setting constraints to deploying it for internal use.
- How do I prompt effectively to get consistent, reliable output?
We shared prompt templates, testing methods, and a framework for iterative refinement. - How do I structure and launch a small AI project internally?
We mapped out roles, timelines, and how to identify a strong starting point for implementation. - Is ChatGPT safe for company use, and how do we ensure compliance?
We explained how to use AI tools securely, responsibly, and in alignment with data privacy requirements. - Why would we not use Microsoft Copilot, and when should we?
We helped teams compare use cases and understand the trade-offs between embedded tools and custom solutions. - How can I automate writing product descriptions?
We demonstrated how to generate SEO-optimised, on-brand descriptions using structured data inputs. - How do I auto-translate live content into multiple languages?
We showed a workflow using AI translation and human-quality assurance checks for multilingual publishing. - Can I create a motion visual from a single product pack shot?
Yes, we explored GenAI tools that generate motion graphics in under five seconds using static visuals. Results were publication ready. - How can I create bulk content for a campaign?
We built a batch-generation system for campaign assets, with defined voice and brand alignment. - Can I develop a geo-customised content writer for localised campaigns?
Absolutely—we shared how to future-proof regional campaigns using prompts trained on tone, language, and context.
We did not use hypothetical scenarios, but answered bottlenecks rooted in real work, tackled with real answers.
What this project says about Us
AI (training) is often treated as a checkbox, a buzzword, or a once-a-year presentation. We believe it’s something far more essential and more human.
We believe expertise only matters when it’s made accessible.
We’re not here to impress with abstract frameworks or polished language. We’re here to answer real questions, solve actual problems, and help people feel confident doing things themselves.
Smart, tailored learning gives people clarity. It relieves pressure. It builds belief. And when done well, it contributes directly to both professional capability and personal wellbeing.
BeLiving reminded us why we do this work. When companies invest in real learning, the return is more than skills. It’s trust. And a sense of calm in a fast-changing world.
